I love the way they take their time with u and if ur not happy they don't just try to shove u into the next dress they actually take the time to ask what u prefer and what u do and don't like about each dress until u find the one

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Linda listened to what I thought I wanted, listened to my feedback on each dress that I put on, and found me the perfect wedding dress after only a few tries. I was never shown a dress outside of my budget. I wanted color and wow did this dress deliver. The thing is, they don't carry colored wedding dresses but Linda pointed out how one of the dresses that I liked could be altered to include it. She was amazing to work with and you won't find someone with this type of vision and experience in a chain store. She was so kind and not pushy at all. They genuinely love what they do here and it shows. It's really important to make an appointment first and not just show up, though. That way, it's all about you. Saturdays are by appointment only. The green pieces of the dress were originally white. You could not tell that anything had been done to it.

I bought my dress here during the bag sale for $149, and don't get me wrong I love my dress and got a great price on it. One of the workers there did the corset back up for me so I did not know that one of the snaps on the back was coming off. Had she told me that the dress was in some way defective maybe I would have gone with the other dress I love just as much. When I called she said the dress is sold as is and all she could do was have me drive 2 hours back to the shop so she could put a couple stiches in it. Not to mention they tried to put my dress in a garbage bag and I had to pay $10 for a garment bag. Most of the ladies there were extremely rude with the exception of Sydney.
