This is my ALL TIME favorite store. Everything they have here is top of the line. Great for kids too if you’re ever looking to spend an entire Saturday at 1 place (I’ve been known to do that multiple times a week lol). My only complaint is that they’re not open 24/7 because there are definitely some sleepless nights where a little trip to CVS could really boost my spirits. Anywho... I digress lol love you guys!!!!
Great customer service though line always when check-out
From the phone to the in person experience the pharmacy at this store lacks basic customer service and are borderline offensive. The staff at the checkout counter have been fairly helpful on the other hand.
I am a former Lead Pharmacy Technician at store 04644 and had called 3 hours prior to picking up my prescription that I had transferred to this location, being that I work in Warwick once a week. I got there, waited 10-12 minutes in line, technician stated that my medication will be ready in 5 more minutes. Waited 15 more minutes (and if someone is waiting, they should be expedited), and asked if it was ready yet, and he said that the pharmacist is still working on it. It was not a narcotic, nor any controlled substance. Simple medication that I have always filled in 5 minutes for patients that were waiting in the store and we are just as busy as this store. Ended up leaving, and had it filled somewhere else. Horrible service that I would have never gave to my patients as a lead pharmacy technician.
Everyone who works at CVS in Warwick appears to like their job. They're friendly they remember me, and I feel cared for when it's my turn at the counter, and never rushed. I use the pharmacy and store and everything is always great, excellent service, great selection, good discount coupons in app, easy, ample parking too, and distancing within store. The robot checkout offers privacy for personal items.
