I had a problem with my new tire...they gave me choices of time, for coming in; they took me same day...friendly, courteous service. Tire was fixed quickly, no charge, no hassle. And I was on my way!

The store manager, George, knows me and made sure I had the service I needed. I setup the appointment online and he discussed with me and adjusted it when I dropped the car off. He always explains any service and what's needed now or can wait til next time. I've been going to the Hanover location since 1993 and have had great service every time.
George at the Hanover location is excellent. He always takes care of me, and even if there are issues he communicates and lets me know exactly what to expect. He also doesn't push me to purchase services he knows I don't really need.
Great customer service, I always feel comfortable knowing that only what is needed is done. Thank you George for making a customer feel special!! Miss you Eric but I hope your new position is everything that makes you happy! I am a lifetime customer of Sullivan Tire for all my vehicle needs!!
