The customer service at Jannell Ford in Hanover was the absolute best. They took the time to answer my questions and go over all the options that I was interested in, never pushy. After the purchase was where their customer service truly excelled. I thought there was an issue with my car, Eddie (the sales manager) took my new car in, gave me a loaner without hesitation. Turns out the only thing wrong was me for not reading enough through the owner's manual. Eddie and Jack (our sales person) were still gracious and sent me on my way. I will ALWAYS buy my future cars with Jannell Ford thanks to the excellent customer service I received. Eddie and Jack thank you again!
