Besides being sent to the wrong location at my very first visit (they should have communicated this to me the night before, not 10 minutes before my appointment), everyone was very friendly, they were efficient and had a proper price break-down. Test driving the car was great since I knew what I wanted and today I am very happy with my purchase. This dealership is pretty good and I would recommend to others to visit them.

I was very impressed with Coastal VW from the second I walked in. All the staff members were extremely helpful, knowledgable and caring. I was initially nervous since it was my first experience leasing a car, but all of my questions were answered thoroughly which put me at ease. They worked with me patiently to find the perfect car in my target price range. I highly recommend them!

Bought a used VW SUV here and had an awesome experience. My salesperson Ron was very knowledgeable about all things VW and was easy to deal with. David in the finance office was also really nice and explained everything clearly. Great nice people. Different from most dealerships I have dealt with. Felt family oriented but had a great selection of newer used vehicles that are in great shape.

I had a great experience at Coastal VW Hanover last month when I purchased my 2018 Tiguan SE. Richard (sales) and David (finance) were both very friendly and thorough and made the process effortless on my end. This was a far better experience compared to what I’ve encountered at other dealerships in the past. I would definitely use them again in the future.
