Just leased a GMC Sierra from here. The experience was great. Everyone was very professional. I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Most dealerships I have been to you sit there for hours talking about all the different options there are for the truck and try to up sell you to the next level of vehicle. Sales consultant Robert Childs was very respectful and got me exactly what I was looking for and worked with me on getting the best deal I could possibly get for my new truck. We have had many vehicles over the past 50+ years and our experiences with the Prime Buick GMC Service team has been the best. They are always attentive, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Whether it is routine maintenance or an unexpected problem they consistently have met or exceeded our expectations. This last visit for the 75K recommended service checkup and a problem with the tailpipe becoming separated form the muffler was handled quickly and with great satisfaction.nIt is great knowing they can be counted on when we need them!!!

I purchased a GMC Yukon from sales rep Steve Barros. If it wasnt for Steve I dont think we would have purchased the vehicle. Out of the 3 dealerships we visited, Steve was the only one to show us features and things the Yukon Denali had that we were unaware of. Steve has a no preassure approach. Steve was polite, patient and most of all a pleasant person to speak with. I dont like buying vehicals. I would send my kids to Steve to buy a vehical. Great experience. When you walk in to the dealer..just ask for Steve Barros. 10/10....
