One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had, the sales man I worked with (Edgar) was above and beyond, very attentive and helpful to all of my needs. They were very transparent with the whole process. Would recommend to anyone to come here.

Outstanding service. They completed a recall service which was schedule to take 2-4 hours to complete. I asked that they expedite the service so that I could return to my office for a meeting. They completed the job in just 90 minutes!

Mercedes-Benz of Hanover provided excellent service for my 2014 GLK. I needed repairs and replacement parts. The customer service exceeded expectations - great communication throughout the process, and the prices were very reasonable. I am very happy I decided to go to them for the repairs.

Extremely disappointed with my last visit. The Headliner had started to fall off on my way to dealership for a tune up. They at first said they could not repair it. I understood and starting making arrangements to take it somewhere else after the tune was done. Two days later they call and say they could do it, so I give the go ahead. Big mistake. Following day they call and say the old one needs to be replaced but they can get a new one and have it done the following day. I give them the go ahead, but let them know I can’t get back for two days. Two days later I call at 4pm and after being on hold for 30 minutes they come back to tell me the new didn’t arrive until that day & it won’t be ready until the next day. The next day they call, tell me it’s ready to be picked up and I pay over the phone. I show up to pick up the car, they bring it out to me and don’t say a thing. I get in to discover that there is a new headliner installed very poorly and completely different color then the original. Instead of a cream color it’s charcoal. It’s bad enough that is was done so badly, winkles and creases everywhere, but they didn’t even tell or ask about installing a different colored one. And I guess to put icing on the cake they knew what they had done, because when I went back in basically the first thing out of the service managers mouth was do you want us to refund the $981.00 cost of the headliner.
