I just bought a new '21 Subaru from Planet two weeks ago. The entire transaction was done remotely and the Planet staff treated me like a valued customer from my initial email inquiry about the car. Along the way, Scott, Lisa, Joe, Deb & Klaire answered all my questions and were always friendly and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure, haggling or surprises, and we were able to agree upon a fair sale price before I even drove to the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience, and I'll definitely return to Planet when looking for another Subaru!

What an awesome Dealership & Service Dept.nnWe brought our 2018 Forester in for an inspection sticker and to get the front cameras checked out as the car seemed to be pulling to the right. We were immediately offered a loaner car as the service was going to take about 2 hours or so. We got a call stating the cameras were fine, just needed a front-end alignment. So we had the loaner car all day, which suited us fine.nnHenry, our service rep, was constantly in contact with us. He is very pleasant to deal with as is the entire service dept.nnPlanet Subaru exceeded our expectations.

I bought a used 2015 legacy at Planet this week. Shout out to Joe and Ryan out front for speeding the process up seamlessly, and allowing me to take my car home sooner than expected. Also Steve from the parts department working hard to make sure the car was reliable and had everything it needed. Thanks!

Had a great experience buying a used car. Scott was friendly and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want. It was a quick shopping experience too, in and out in about 1 and hour and a half, with a couple test drives. The f&I manager was even helpful. He didn't try to sell me on any of the extras, it being an older used car, and was very practical and friendly, not your typical salesman experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends or family, they have a good thing going.

We had an outstanding experience at Planet Subaru. Our sales rep, Eric, made a brilliant suggestion that changed our thinking and put us in the perfect first car for our daughter. We were impressed with the dealership and the car enough to be thinking about another Subaru when our twins start driving in a few months. Highly recommend!
