I just called to get the requirements on renting. Didn’t know dealerships were so discriminatory. The guy answering wasn’t pleasant so suggest saving your money people and going elsewhere.

Bought a used 2012 Toyota Rav 4 with help from Bob Hurley. Had an amazing experience. Drove an hour from the cape to this dealership and don't regret a single thing. The prices are KBB value or less and very easy going/kind people. They make sure the car is cleaned, fully gassed and most of the time get it inspected. Very pleased with my purchase and thank you Bob for your kindness and hospitality!

I had a great experience here with both Mike in sales and Sarah in finance! It was a very painless and easy experience. I came across Columbia Motors while looking online for affordable, but relatively low-mile Jeep Wranglers in the area. I had a few options out there, but decided to visit here first because it was the best deal out there of what I had reviewed. I had an idea on what I wanted to get for a trade-in on my car, as well as what I was willing to pay for the car from Columbia if it was in very good condition (it was), so negotiating was painless and ultimately I got what I asked for- a fair deal. There were even a couple small cosmetic concerns with the car that I wanted addressed before I took it home, so Mike went out of his way to take care of it right there and then (I didn't have to leave the car and come back a week later for a small fix).nnI've purchased cars in the past, however this was my first time financing, so that was a new experience. Sarah was very easy to work with, informative, and nice when discussing the options and process with me. I ended up getting a response on the loans within 10-minutes of submitting the forms, so there wasn't a lot of waiting around.nnOverall, I showed up to the dealership, took a quick test drive, named a fair price, and drove away in a different car about an 1.5 hours after arriving. I came in to the shop for a new starter and a brake issue. After it was evaluated the service manager called me with a quote that seemed reasonable to me. A few hours my car done and believe it or not the price was actually under what they had originally told me. Car is running like a top at the moment and I will for sure be back!!

This was my first time at this dealership . Everyone was so helpful, from Bob, the salesman to Heather in finance to Sarah closing the deal!! The car was awesome too. I would definitely be back there to buy another car . Great job everyone!!
