Was in the middle of a move and needed short term outside storage for a pair of vehicles and they were able accomodate. Very nice young lady working at the desk; was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is very nice; good lighting, wide access, indoor and outdoor space, supplies at the front desk, code access at the gate. Couldn't ask for better service.
Storage garages are new and immaculate, beautiful complex. Employees behind counter are courteous.nHighly recommend!

I highly recommend this place they do a great job on the snow removal and the place is immaculate inside and out people are also very friendly I've gone to a few other storage places in this is the king of kings when it comes to storage well worth the visit would use again
The customer service was exceptional . The agent was very professional and I am very glad that there was someone present when I arrived. It made me feel like the agent valued her customer’s time as I did her’s. She was very pleasant . She walked me to my storage unit and waited to make sure that my code worked so that I had access to the storage area. Although, this storage unit is a little further from my apartment, the friendly and professional service makes it worth the extra miles. The storage here is brand new. It is clean, secure, and it is a little cheaper than the storage unit that I tried to rent prior to coming here.
