The pharmacist at this store is a poor representation of the Rite Aid Corporation.The store staff is always kind and more than helpful.nnUnfortunately 2 yrs ago ,due to this ill tempered female pharmacist I decided to get my prescriptions filled elsewhere.nnRecently I decided to revisit the pharmacy on Downer St Baldwinsville to get vaccinated. To my surprise this person was still employed and carrying the same snark demeanor. Her sharp and inconsiderate attitude regarding questions I had about the J&J vaccine was the last straw for me. If you are looking for a professional and compassionate pharmacist go somewhere else.
Waited for over half an hour to pick up a prescription and never even got service. This is the most incompetent and poorly managed rite aid I’ve ever been at. Very unhappy with this store
