Worst place ever! Been a loyal customer for 13 years and they shorted me a meal tonight and charged me for it. When I called they would not listen to me, they would not refund the money and they called me a liar and said lots of people try and get away with this. Get away with what!? I simply asked not to pay for a meal I was not provided. They said I had to come back with the menu. I said no because it would have taken 40 more minutes out of my day. The only defense they had was to say the food is good when I asked why would I ever come back there!!!! So not worth the time and they are ripping customers off!!!!!!

This was our first visit since their reopening after the covid-19 shutdown of restaurants. It was nice to be able to dine in again. Food was of the same quality as it was prior to the shutdown. The service was friendly and quick.nnTIPPERS be AWARE! Our bill was added up & delivered to us. Then the waitress took the bill up to the front counter, stating that the boss, Sam, had just wanted to make sure she had added it correctly.nnWhen it was delivered back to us, there was an unreadable charge added on of 15%. I asked the waitress what the charge was for and she stated she did not know, but I could ask Sam.nnSam stated that it was the tip, automatically added on for our convenience - yet as I stated, it was unreadable (except for the $ amount) and the waitress claimed she didn't know what it was for!nnI am OK if a restaurant does this, as long as they tell you upfront that it's going to be done, so that you don't unknowingly end up leaving a 40% (or higher) tip!
