It's very rare to come across a talent like Dan Cosgrove. I have known him around 10 years and within that time the thing I have come to know is Dan is amazing at what he does, and can help any individual or business in need of bookkeeping, tax planning, or tax preparation. His mindset, knowledge, and processes will be a complete game changer for any individual or business that decides to work with him.

TLDR; Dan will milk you for your money wherever he can. Petty and unprofessional. Prices are on the expensive side, but the after service is what really hurt.nnSTORY:nThe missus and i could not finish our taxes in our office visit in 2018. We had to answer additional questions over the phone before all was done.nWe did not get our paperwork in the mail, and never sought it out as it was a busy yr for us. We thought the price charged for services rendered was on the high side so we opted to do our own taxes this yr. We called to check on our AGI to complete our 2019 taxes since we never received our paperwork. When we called he said he could not find our file and would call back. After some time we had to call because he never responded. At this point Dan saw an opportunity and went ahead and held our AGI hostage for $35. When I mentioned we never received our original files his stance was we should have received it at our visit. When I explained our situation that we did not finish in office he dismissed it that it was surely mailed. When asked if he could substantiate sending it out or if he had any tracking records of sending it out he got rude and unprofessional and got me and the missus upset. When asked if he could just give us our AGI over the phone and we could pay for/pick up copies later he said sure, for $35! Long story short, Dan has no problem sending his lady secretary to take your $35 dollars when you show up in person... ...to pay for copies of paperwork you ALREADY PAID FOR.nnDefinitely do not recommend walking into this kind of business.nnAl (the guy who actually did our taxes) on the other hand was a cool humble guy who did a good job. I remember he even took the trouble of asking the manager/owner if they offer Veteran's discount on our behalf (they don't).

The absolute best! Riverbank has been doing my taxes my whole adult life and have always been a pleasure to do business with.

I have used Riverbank to have my Taxes done for years the service is always great everything is always done on time. They are very professional. I would recommend Riverbank to anyone that needs their taxes prepared and done right.
