Walgreens

Well.. I went to use kiosk for western union and i asked them if it was working and they said yes. I did everything to receive my money at the kiosk then went to get it they said the cash register was down.. Ok fine. Had to cancel it with a rude indian guy on phone and wait.. I walked back in and they didn't put note on door or at kiosk about it being down..so some other person can get screwed. The managers at this place for sure doesn't care and since it was for medical purposes i will be calling higher ups.

Absolutely the worst location I've been to!! Pharmacy service very rude sat for over a hour waiting for script and then get the message it's ready 5 minutes after the lady says she couldn't give even a estimate on time frame and the text I got came through as they went on lunch and told I have to wait even longer

Prescription is either always out of stock, or I have to manually call them and remind them to fill my script because their system apparently doesn't notify them. Pharm techs are at best neutral and are commonly rude. I am in the process of bringing all my scripts to a different pharmacy because of how bad this location is. Do not set this place as your pharmacy.

Do not use this place for Fedex drop off. One inept employee was the only one working in the entire store. Dropped off very important overnight water samples for a dialysis clinic. Waited in line for 15 minutes, and then my package never shows up. Forced to redo hours of work due to the garbage that is this store. Also, watched 3 guys steal a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff while I was there. No employees there to actually pay attention or care though.

The pharmacy is terrible. Not only are they out of prescribed medication all the time, I called just to check on the status of the store getting in my prescription and I waited over 30 min to get a answer.nnApparently their phone system rings back if your on hold for to long and tells the employees that there is someone on hold and to pick up, to stop this, a employee actually picked up the phone and put it down on the counter.nnI know which phone it was too. The one right in drive thru. Know how I know? I heard all the conversations going on between the customers and the person working the drive thru.nnWorst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, EVER!!!
