Horrible. I called them for a sewer issue. They came and the tech never capped the sewer drain like he was supposed to so I had to call and have him come back. He broke my washer while addressing sewer issue. When I called the after hours number to let them know about the washer I was told they would have to call me back and never did. I called 3 times with no response. I was warned not to go here. Should have listened! Never again!!!!

These people are the absolute best! They are responsive, even on short notice. They came out recently to fix my furnace quickly, and even without the exact part. They returned a couple of weeks later to install the correct part, but made sure I had heat in the mean time. They also did some electrical and plumbing work for us over the summer, as well. Everyone is so nice, the work is quality, and they aren’t out to rip you off. Excellent company. Will always use them.

Maybe contractors shop a lot here, I don't know. They have a dazzling selection of electrical and plumbing items, but you have to know what you want. Someone mans the counter but never seems too knowledgeable with questions, unless you have to get into contact with Don himself.
