This place is absolutely awesome! Owner and employees are all wonderful!
I ordered the buy a two topping large pizza and get medium free. It was the night of the storm, tonight, and my husband picked it up on his way home from work. We live a half hour from this Pontillos. The worker would not accept the coupon on my husbands phone. All the other Pontillos’s accept it. We ended up paying over $50 for a large and medium pizza. I will NEVER go back again and I WILL tell everyone I know not to either. Horrible customer service. Pathetic
The owner took no responsibility for a pre order that was forgotten and blamed it on his “system “ and that it was scheduled for another day. How can you mess up a Super Bowl order made on a Friday??? However, was still charged a full rate even though my credit card had been charged twice. Been ordering from this place for 6 years straight on a weekly/bi weekly basis. Will now bring my business elsewhere. Where’s the customer service????
Crust is bangin but more sauce would help the slices
