I'm not sure who made my food tonight but to walk in to pick it up and hear the person making it saying how disgusting it is and how someone could eat it really made me think its time to try a new place.nnAnd to the girl who made my turkey sub...I ordered it with the items I asked for because it is what I LIKE and paid for and its not up to you to leave things off because you don't.nnHorrible experience

Made my second attempt to order from this store today the girl who answered the phone had a terrible attitude. The last time I called at 715 and they said they weren't delivering. Its unfortunate as I used to live next to the location on empire and there food is amazing and so is there customer service take the extra time to goto that location you wont regret it..... stay far away from this guidas. They are rude and clearly dont want your money.

Not as good as the one in Penfield quality control on the pizza was not as good but we'll still go there as I believe Guida's is still one of the best pizza places in Rochester according to my taste

Let me start with I love Guida’s in Webster!!! Great menu and service! HOWEVER!!! I ordered a large sheet and 24 wings this evening. Got home and pizza was not bad but definitely not to Guida’s standards! But what’s worse is the chicken wings I ordered was so feathered it turned my family off to eating anymore! It was inexcusable to have this served to me or anyone! I have photos but do not know how to post them to this site.
