Walked in for an interview today and the door was broken as the first problem. When I got out of the interview I noticed a customer was looking for help and then there's no one working on the sales floor. I offered to help, being a former employee I know most of the store's policies and procedures. This situation is completely unacceptable in any customer service environment. I notice that this issue is not present at other retailers nearby like Wegmans and Wal mart. Also, I got hired as one of the original temporary seasonal workers for 3 weeks. They rehired me in July as a flex sales associate but kept cutting my hours at the very last minute. Definitely poor customer service and not a good work environment. I'm an entrepreneur also and have retail customer service experience, as well as being a former employee, so I'm a qualified source. They rehired me as a flex cashier, which is the reason why they get the second star. This is a part time seasonal job at best.

Don't plan on buying a lot here especially if you're by yourself with a toddler! For what ever reason they don't allow you to bring carts out to your car. IN FACT they have rugs made at the front so it's impossible to do so. If you don't allow this maybe have employees to help bring out customers bags!?!? Absolutely ridiculous! I really had a fantastic time trying to hold all my bags (which included a very large dart board and heavy 10pc set of glasses) and at the same time not be able to hold my childs hand in the parking lot to make sure he didn't get hit.

Love this store!! Store managers are wonderful and the associates are fantastic too! Always looks really nice majority of the time as well!
