I love all the staff and how welcoming they are. You get a sense of community here. The staff aims to get to know you and the owner effortlessly makes you feel at home and connected to something larger than just being on your mat. The smoothies are amazing as well.

Since Breathe instituted online classes via Zoom several months ago, I have been practicing yoga with their INCREDIBLE teachers almost 7 days a week, and meditating 1 - 2 times a day. This is from someone who could not get into the studio 2x/week!!!!! I cannot understate the shift this has made in my life, my attitude, my health, my sleep, my waistline, my physical strength. People, this works! I can achieve a tripod headstand and I am almost 58. (Crow still eludes me...). Thank you, Breathe. Thank you, thank you. Oh, and check out their store for merch!!!!

Breathe is now basically my second home. I love going to the variety of classes they have. I started at breathe the beginning of this year with their new to yoga program with Lori. She is so inspirational and really helps you understand different poses and the flow of classes. I love going to Deb's foundation class, it is so much fun! If you are really looking to really relax, restorative is amazing and you'll want to nap right after ( Wednesday nights usually with Jenna). All the instructors their (Kathy, Rocco, Cat, Stephanie, Barb etc.) are all super helpful and I couldn't be any happier with breathe. I would also high suggest trying out their chocolate protein punch!
