ROC & Soul Fitness

During all the craziness in our lives right now, ROC & Soul is the only thing keeping me sane. I love going here because the classes are amazing and the instructors are the best! I highly recommend going here! The owners are so kind and generous. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and safe. The gym is so clean and inviting. I feel extremely safe working here during the pandemic because of how serious they take the matter. You will definitely be addicted once you start!

Roc & Soul is such a great place. I've never felt so welcomed at a gym before! The owners are so sweet, they make an effort to know everyone personally. The faculty is clean and well decorated. R&S has jumped through hoops in 2020 to make it a clean and safe place for us to stay healthy. I can't recommend it more. Thanks guys!! Melissa

This is my favorite place to be after work! I look forward to my barre classes the most, but there are so many fun classes to choose from. Roc and Soul is owned by one of the nicest families I know. Everyone is welcoming and kind. They have kept things clean and safe through the pandemic.

I can not say enough good things about this place! The owners are extremely generous and kind. The facility is always clean and they go above and beyond to add little touches. You have to try Joe’s spin class! It’s amazing! You have to try this place I promise you’ll never go anywhere else!
