Heart to Heart Bride

My experience at Heart to Heart bridal was truly special! I cannot say enough about Shelby, who made my bridal dress shopping experience magical. She is knowledgeable about the industry, professional, and it is obvious that she is extremely passionate about what she does. Beginning from our one-on-one virtual appointment, I could tell she was dedicated to helping me find the perfect dress, especially during these difficult times. I want to thank Shelby for going above and beyond in helping me for this meaningful moment. I can say I purchased my gown in confidence at Heart to Heart bridal, and am so excited to wear it next October!

I had the most amazing experience at Heart to Heart! As soon as I walked through the door, all the ladies were extremely friendly and made me so excited to try on dresses. Emily M was absolutely amazing during my entire appointment. She was right there for every request I had and made it her soul purpose to help me find a dress I felt amazing in. She asked the right questions to help me rule out certain dresses or move forward with a certain style. After trying on several dresses, it was like she was able to read my thoughts - she suggested I try on my top dress one last time to make sure nothing else so far had compared. It was then and there that I knew it was my dress! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and with having Emily M as my consultant. She made me feel beautiful in every dress and made the process so much fun. I would highly recommend Heart to Heart to any bride who is looking for their dream dress and an enjoyable/fun experience.

My consultant, Courtney was absolutely amazing!! She made the experience so fun and she put me at ease during the whole process! She was so supportive in helping me pick out a dress that really fit me and my style. I was so nervous about getting a new dress, but she made the experience so easy and fun! Thank you to everyone at the shop for the help and support, it was fantastic! The trunk show was amazing and I really enjoyed the shop as a whole! The dress I found, by Justin Alexander was exactly what I always envisioned for my wedding day, and it fits my body so beautifully!!

I worked with Courtney and she was absolutely fantastic! I am pretty picky and know when I like something and when I don’t. She helped me find dresses in every style but was able to pick up quickly on what the best fit would be for me. The atmosphere in the store is warm and welcoming and I loved my experience there. Emily was also great and helped to pin the front of a dress I fell in love with but wanted to make sure before I committed. All in all it was a great experience and I said yes to my dress! Thank you for everything!

Oh my gosh, what a FUN experience I had at Heart to Heart!! I truly felt like every single person was there to support me and give me their honest opinion. My zoom call with Emily B was great- she was so helpful, answered all of my questions, and got me excited for the process! At my appointment I worked with Emily M, who was so down to earth and put me at ease. She made me feel beautiful in every single dress and she consistently gave her honest feedback. When it came to the final decision all of the employees gave me really good advice and input, and they didn’t pressure me to make a decision on the spot. The best part was that I had a hard time choosing between several dresses that I loved!!
