It was great to go into the store and see all the products since I usually order online. Loved smelling all the spring scents tru my ud83dude37 mask. Great staff and super attentive.

Very disappointing when you show up 5 minutes prior to closing to spend $50 on a gift card to find the doors are locked. My 5 year old daughter was so sad & she was looking forward to getting her mommy a birthday gift card. A transaction that would take less than 30 seconds. If it says you're open until a specific time I suggest not locking the doors early. We easily went to a competitor instead, they didn't lock their doors early.

I had the best experience at the Webster Bath and Body Works!! Look for Jake!! He is great!! I was going away for a girls weekend and helped me picked all my goodies!! He is so fun and passionate about his work!! Need more Jake’s in this world!!
