WORST business ever. I was told by Shannon and Laura that we could have a dry dock for the season, waited for the contract to be sent. I checked back in and was assured it was being sent. In the mean time I was in search of a trailer. I contacted the Manager CHRIS POTTER and he researched a trailer. He said I needed a special trailer that would cost $5,000 after checking with several other marinas, i found this to be a complete LIE. he said if we didn't purchase the trailer from him that he could not allow us to take the dry slip. STRONG ARM??? I would encourage you to go to the other Marina Marks Leisure Time Marine who is VERY busy for a good reason. We have already had an amazing conversation with them and are hoping to get in with them.

I've purchased two new Axis Wake surf boats from the Smith Boys crew and I think they are amazing! Chris and team care about the customer experience and go the extra mile to make sure I am also happy. Looking forward to picking up my new boat in a couple of weeks!

Wouldn't trust anyone else with our boat! Chris and the rest of the staff at Smith Boys have earned our patronage and respect due to their helpful friendly customer service.  I've been a client for over 6 years and will continue to recommend them.

As an owner of several previous boats, I cant say enough about Chris Potter and his staff. I purchased a 23LSV last year and while the boat performed great, it was the 5 star service we always received that made the entire experience exceptional. Chris always went above and beyond no matter how big or small our needs were. Thank you Chris and everyone at the Marina. I strongly recommend Malibu and Smith Boys @ Conesus.
