I should give you guys no stars because you are that bad. Been trying to call for three days now and get nowhere. You guys have had my dads chair since june now it was ordered back in may. this is becoming pathetic on your guys part. I hope noone ever uses your services again.

I wish there were negative stars. This place is unbelievable. Had a couch to be delivered on a set day. Removed the old couch and took an unpaid day off to be home for the delivery. A no show. No call to notify us. One day of work pay lost for me. Called for 4 days following to only get through to a voice mail, which was never returned. After finally getting a woman on the phone after several days. I was put on hold, to never be addressed. I called back to once again get voice mail for several days. when I then finally contacting the seller of the couch, who then contacted Buffalo Courier did we receive a call, and set a date, that was convenient for them, not for us, and resulted in me needing to take another unpaid day off, due to them refusing to reschedule on my day off. In the end it was delivered 10 days late, (which left me couch less in my living room for that time) and I lost 2 days pay. Terrible place. Worst Ever. Avoid at all costs. Fifty thumbs down They suck! They couldn't be worse. A complete disgrace of a company, run by people who couldn't care less about their customers or their reputation. AWFUL

Customer service here is awesome and the dock workers are awesome too don’t get me wrong. It’s the area. Not a place for semi trucks. B class trucks or “straight trucks” yes but there’s a lot to worry when trying to maneuver into their docks. The fact is you got a low bridge, dumpster, cone(with a cinder block) a steep hill etc. it’s doable I’ll give it that but for future references Iufe0f wouldn’t suggest having a 18 wheeler deliver here when a straight truck can do it. Plus my load was only half a truck or less which is the size of a straight truck. So this could of been avoided. Not worth the stress. Still awesome people though. Also getting here is tough. It’s a residential area yes you saw right residential. So as a trucker that’s an immediate red flag. So future semi drivers coming here be very careful. You can easily hit a pole, or knock down a wire if your not paying close enough attention.

Let's start with a gentleman named jack that called at 4:30 to tell me they weren't delivering my cabinets, was extremely rude and called my wife a liar when they said repeatedly that they called we pulled all the phone records from AT&T to find out that they never called and that it was no error with US missing the call .. they also threatened to send our cabinets back and kept saying you got two options receive them tomorrow or receive them in 2 weeks when I send them back. When initially called today prior they said we will have a guy there and we put the cabinets anywhere on the first floor when the driver arrived he was a little old man there was no way he was putting these cabinets anywhere so after sitting waiting for my cabinets to be delivered for a 5 hour window and never showed up the next day when they did show up I had to bring one of my guys to unload them

Have to say I was feeling pretty queasy after reading all the reviews, but I was stuck because this is who Wayfair uses. VERY pleasantly surprised! Had no problem getting through to customer service. I called to confirm my appointment and was reassured I was on the schedule. Received a call from the driver 2 hours before the delivery time window, and the were at my house within minutes. Polite, friendly and expertly negotiated my piece of furniture through some narrow hallways etc. In and out in about 15 minutes max. Great Job! Nice people!
