I was in the store on Saturday the 12th at around 4:15-4:30. I was picking up an order for someone else. The manager on duty I think his name was Mike was on the phone. He had the phone first being held by his head then he was holding it in his hand. I could tell by what he was saying that he was on a personal phone call. I didn't care he was on the phone, but I did care that while he was touching the phone with his gloved hand, he was still making food with the same glove on. So he was touching a phone and then touching the food he was making. Plus he was touching the paper wrappings that the food went into. I saw him go in the back to put the phone down and when he came back out he had gloves on, but I couldn't tell you if they were the same ones. I can tell you that I will not be buying any food in that store any more. It was not very clean and I have to assume the ice machine broke as an employee came in with quite a few baggs of ice to put into the machine. Way to many things wrong with that store.

This location always does a nice job. The staff are very attentive and courteous. Thank you all for taking good care of me.

I want to start off by saying my rating has nothing to do with the staff of this Burger King. I am rating BK as a company. I travel for work and stop for lunch at what ever is close when I get the time. I have been to many locations in many cities and they all have one thing in common. The burgers are never hot. The cheese never melts. The burgers are lukewarm at best. I feel the same about the fries most of the time as well. They seem to be able to get out a decent chicken sandwich most of the time but the name is Burger King. It would be nice if they went back to the way they use to do things how ever that was when they had hot burgers with nice melted cheese. Sorry BK but you need to do better.
