Start my morning to grab a breakfast sandwich and go, as I walk in 2 men, not together, walk in, NO MASK, agent says nothing to them, cash them out, nothing, you won't see me back there, this isn't a joke, WEAR YOUR MASK, I will be expressing my views to corporate. I have a new granddaughter, sister with 1 lung, your business isn't worth the risk of their health
The convenience store has a good selection and gas prices are reasonable. My only complaint is the automatic car wash on site, I used it for the first time and it missed many spots and put scratches on a few of my body panels. They have a sign posted outside the door saying they're not responsible for any body damage. $14 for their top shelf wash is not worth the substandard results, you're better off going to Delta Sonic.
I'm in and out...
My experience here wasn't a good one. Your employee, Summer, was so busy on her phone I stood right in front of her at the counter for what felt like an eternity.. Until she finally realized someone was there. I can understand if there was an emergency and you needed to respond back to someone but at least acknowledge the person. Someone please teach her some customer service before putting her at the front counter.
What a terrible experience I had this afternoon with a curt, condescending female cashier.nnArguably the most uncomfortable and unpleasant interaction I have had with someone in the customer service industry.nnHer horrendous attitude and dismissive behavior are things she should be reprimanded for, and I caution people to avoid going in the store unless completely necessary.nnTruly a regrettable human being I had to meet on such a beautiful day.nnI urge Google to start offering a zero star rating option.
