Macy's

Was in search of a baby shower dress for my daughter. It's her first baby, my first grandchild. She is very picky. We were able to find a beautiful dress and it was 30 percent off. Wonderful customer service.

Buying cologne for V.day, didnt have the one i wanted but Very very helpful staff.

I haven't shopped at Macy's much (I was a Kaufman's fan), but I decided to check out the mall for professional attire and when JC Penney didn't have what I wanted, I tried Macy's and found exactly what I was looking for. Very pleasantly surprised.

Dislike mall shopping. Bought 5 glass ornaments. The sales clerk had no tissue paper, I said can you just wrap a bag around them. She had a large pile of big plastic bags. She gasped her breathe saying oh no those are for big sales. So instead I stood there while she slowly wrapped each of the 5 ornaments in 5 separate paper bags. It took her forever. I don't have the time for that!

Macy's store is my favorite place to shop for cosmetics and shoes. I enjoy their Estee Lauder products and Clarks shoes.
