They didn't have what I came for and would not sell me what was on display.... not good store policy.... but good customer service tho the young lady was nice

Halloween chaos as usual. Even with clearly marked floors customers did what they wanted, yelling across the store to there friends masks under their chins, walking and reaching in too close... The store employees seemed to have a system to make it easier to find the clerk by placing them in a boxed off section to take orders.

I went to Halloween World and Party City and neither had Covid Halloween Face Masks. Was very surprised. They did have great costumes though and plenty of makeup kits as well, thus the 4 star rating. All in all I found my mask at Rite Aid! Lol!

No cart cleaning staff or self service cart wipes. No visible hand sanitizer for staff or patrons. Skeleton employment staff delivered good customer service but was overwhelmed.

They had the astronaut hat I wanted. I'm going to wear it in bed with my partner. For what you might ask? You know.
