I ordered from Grub Hub and my order was incorrect. I understand that mistakes are made but the staff were rude and very unprofessional. One woman hung up on me, another put me down walked away and said I was yelling at her and I wasn't. I don't even have much of a voice because of my cancer treatments. They all need a class on how to treat customers. Grub Hub was great. They called me and were very empathetic and refunded me.nShame on this establishment,!

Usually they are really good... have good food in deli but today I had a girl touch my sandwich to cut it without gloves... then she puts on gloves and starts sweeping the deli while food is still out in the open... with a pandemic going on I was horrified! A guy behind the deli remade my sandwich. Just be careful that they are wearing gloves when they make your food.
I've been a regular at this location for several years and have been mostly satisfied until recently.nYesterdays visit just capped a recent string of unsatisfactory visits. My sandwich was completely different than what I asked for, and there were people being checked out at both registers with no face covering at all.nThey have not been the best at enforcing their face covering policy and most of the time the cashiers have their masks pulled down to their chins.nAll I can say is my health is much more important to me than a cup of coffee or a sandwich.nI believe I've made my last visit to Florys.
