My husband and I frequent this smoke shop every week. We always walk out with a smile on our face when Lee Ann is behind the counter. She's so helpful and greets customers by their names and it really shows how much she genuinely cares about people. Her upbeat personality and positive vibes really make it such a pleasure to shop here.
Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I prefer this store over the others in the area so will definitely drive a bit further but it’s worth it! Very clean environment too! Only small issue is that several times I’ve been there they are often out of stock. Perhaps not ordering enough to keep up the inventory? I now call to see if they have a certain item in stock. I still give it 5+ stars!
I have gone to all the Smoke shops in the Hudson Valley searching for the Best. I found it right in my backyard. Smoke shop on Route 82/55 is the Best by Far. Neat and clean with a Staff that knows the business. All questions answered so I was able to make the right choice in my purchases. I give them an A+.
The staff at this location are always courteous, knowledgeable & professional. They have always been helpful & go above & beyond to make my shopping experience pleasant & easy as possible. Keep up the great work!!
