First let me tell you, if you haven't tried the Krispy Krunchy Chicken, you are missing out! This is the most tender delicious chicken I've ever had! Even the chicken breasts are super moist. And the fried shrimp were larger than I expected and were also really good! Not sure why all the bad reviews about the service. We've always been treated well there.

Second crosby's I've been to and this one had a cute girl named Jennette just like that last one! Where they find these great customers service helpers!? She made a mean pepperoni pizza I tell ya what.

Have ordered from this place multiple times... every time the staff acts like you're bothering them and doesn't even know their own menu and what's supposed to be on the subs. Last night we put in a big order only to go to pick it up and they tell us they didn't have half of the items to make the rest of our order. We didn't get a phone call back to let us know or any type of apology or good customer service when we arrived. Employees need better customer service training and need to understand their job responsibilities. Try to avoid ordering food from here at all cost!
