Great place! Studio is very clean, and all staff was so friendly. Much appreciated as I start to go out more. Felt very comfortable there. You can tell they take covid protocols seriously.

Love CPBR! The staff is amazing, and it just has this amazing community feel. What impresses me is how many people actually make this place a part of their lives. The positive vibes here make me look forward to the experience. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The workout is intense (but in a good way) and fun, and very encouraging. Special thanks to the CPBR instructors that have reached out and gave me confidence to meet the challenge. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have been trained by very dedicated and accomplished instructors. This facility is so well managed. The passion, dedication and hard work by the owner and general manager to adopt new measures so they can open for the members is AMAZING and appreciated! Thank you CPBR! I now move more gracefully and powerfully in my every day!

Very well managed club , super neat, diligent and great set of instructors . Its a very fun, friendly place and Emily and her crew go out of their way to accommodate all of us.

CPBR is more than a fitness club it really becomes like a second home/family! With a variety of class offerings for all levels, friendly instructions and caring staff I have found a workout that’s both challenging and fun in an encouraging, judgement-free, clean space!
