OK so I came in today to return an online order that I goofed up.. Man at the front door was extremely helpful in finding staff to assist me in finding the proper pants. She came so quick that I hardly had time to turn around... She was knowledgeable in the items offered helped me find what I should have ordered in the first place.. Unfortunately they only had 2 pairs not the 4 that I needed. The cashier was extremely helpful when my phone refused to pull up the online receipt. And then I discovered that my driver license was missing. She was still able to help me in crediting my account and checking out! Thanks to all 3 individuals that assisted me in your riverdale store today I was only in the store for 15 minutes... Very important to me in this day and age of Covid...
Always good sale prices. Masks required, fitting rooms are open. The have a huge section of masks for a good price as well.
My wife spent a couple of hundred dollars here so be careful. She got a bunch of stuff though so there's that.
I did an online pick up order for masks and when I went to pick them up they were kids size rather than adult, so before even leaving the store and unopened I asked if I could exchange them and Brandy (manager) said I could until stephanie (manager) said no. So I called customer service and they said try another store. I drove all the way to salt lake and they returned the kids masks no questions asked. I will never shop at the Farmington old navy ever again and stephanie should not be in management.
The staff was courteous. We found what we were looking for. The store was practicing masking & social distancing.
