Worst packaging. I ordered a hoodie from Zumiez and I received the package with a big rip across the bag and there was no zumiez store bag to protect the hoodie. It’s like they just shoved it in a mailing bag and shipped it. Never buying from this store.

Awesome! They even matched an online price of a competitor. Male cashier (KW0906) made an online order for me in the correct size of shoes for my son. It will be delivered right to our home. This is a teen/young adult store in my opinion, but they also have hip adult merchandise. Prices vary. I like to be with my son when he goes to this store, some items promote things or activities below our family standards. Fun atmosphere and everyone very friendly to help.

My little brother went into the Zumiez at Station Park today to buy a skateboard and was treated horribly! Jaden, or however he spells it, was extremely out of line. Jaden looked at my brothers shoes and asked what was on them. My brother had put “shoegoo” on his shoes because they had a tear in them. Jaden looked at the shoes and proceeded to laugh in his face. Not to mention that Jaden was completely belittling my brother for not buying the most expensive gear. And since Jaden wanted to go home, he completely rushed putting the grip tape onto the board and it looks so bad. That being said, I was extremely disgusted with how my brother was treated. We definitely won’t be back.
