Love Live Yoga

Absolutely love this yoga studio. Very comfortable ...no pretentiousness. The studio & instructors exude & impart the genuine intentions & practices of yoga. They are very mindful of individuals’ differences in ability, purpose & limitations as well as need for challenges. They incorporate clear differentiation in their instruction. They provide assistance with individual modifications & prop use, encourage furthering ones practice regardless of level, guide students on how to deepen poses, as well as offer challenges & fine tuning.nThe variety of classes offered provide something for everyone regardless of experience, needs or kind of yoga practice being sought. It’s a warm, inviting place to develop one’s yoga practice. So glad I found them!

I love, love live yoga! The owner and all the teachers are all wonderful! You can tell how much the love and believe in their practice! The have a great variety of classes from beginner to advanced and they also have great relaxing classes! All the teachers are helpful and understand everyone is not the same and work on people’s strengths and weaknesses! I can’t say enough good things about love live yoga!

I enjoyed my first class at this studio: a beginner’s class with teacher Ravenne. I started with the 2 weeks for $20 special. The experience was calming and pleasant. Plus, it’s nice having a yoga studio in Millstone right across from the outlets.

I went to Marika's Core Awakening Yoga Class. It was very different class using props like balls, straps and blocks to access deeper layers of the core. It did not feel too strenuous in class but when I came home I felt like every single muscle in my body was worked out. This is not another excercise center this is a real Yoga Center with a pure and holistic approach.

Great place, wonderful staff. so lucky to have this near us.
