My wife had a problem with the zipper on her coat and I took it in to talk about it. The customer service rep didn’t even look at it and acknowledged it is a problem. I’m disappointed with the service and product. Will not be returning.
I've always liked the quality of Columbia coats and jackets, but was hesitant to buy online due to sizing challenges, so was glad to find a store here as we moved to the area. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the options available. Great service and always a great product!
