My experience at h&m was so great! The staff were so kind(even when I was trying on millions of clothes 😁). The clothes were so nice and they selection was amazing!
They had escalators going up to the second floor, but only allowed people to go down via the elevator. But you had no idea you had to wait in line to get back down until you got up there. Sizes and selection were pretty picked over being a week before school.
Escalator is broke so don't hop upstairs unless you want to wait in a line forever to go back downstairs using elevator. Not smart. Wouldn't mention but their escalator was broke last time as well when we came last year.
Nice variety and selection of clothes, bought some stuff that I wasn't able to find at my local h&m
I have gotten some great finds at h&m over the years. I think their clothes have different degrees of quality. Some of their items of clothing can feel cheap while others are much higher in grade. I've learned this over the years.
If you donate clothes that are no longer fit to be donated h&m will take them and give you a 15% off coupon. You can use this with sale items so I will always save it for when they have a big sale.
