Every time I visit from out of state I visit a Bohme boutique and leave disappointed. This time was the worst however. I visited this store with my mother the other day. We were told that their credit card machine was broken in a tone of voice that made it clear that our business wasn’t wanted. On top of that not a single employee was wearing a mask or practicing social distancing. It was quite clear that the owners of this business are of the covid is a hoax crowd. I won’t be back. There are other local businesses where employees wear masks and social distance that will get my money instead.

the new location is so freaking cute!!! the service is incredible, as soon as i walked in and grabbed something that i was going to try on later, they offered to start me a dressing room so i didn’t have to keep carrying stuff. not to mention, the clothes are super cute and i always get tons of compliments on them!

Unfortunately after my experience today at Bohme at Station Park I will no longer be shopping there. Cute store & products but... 1. None of the employees were wearing masks. As a customer I feel safer when the employees are wearing masks. 2. Employees and staff were rude. The entire time we were in the store we were not greeted or asked for helped even though multiple employees past us while shopping. Dirty glances and looks - not sure if it was because of our race/appearance or because we were wearing masks but neither of those should be a problem. May depend on what time and employees are working but reading similar reviews reinforces that this store has issues with being exclusive and not inclusive.

Customer service was terrible. Excluding Ellie and lilly they are amazing workers. But one of your workers was bratty and immature.
