I was worried at first because of other people's reviews however I found that the staff was very kind. The security guard was very thorough but was kind and soft spoken. Service was quick even though we were a bit late they still accepted us. The only issue I have is that it's hard to find the office in the building. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Taxpayers beware!! Coming to this office the employees are incredible rude..just went in to ask one question and the lady didn't even let me talk.. Classic example of a person that hates their job! I think the security guard was even embarrassed for her.. Just because they have a security guard they think they can talk to us taxpayers however they want.

No customers in office. Security guard scary, thought I was going to be frisked. Workers rude. I forgot a form that I need but I’m afraid to go back.

Very helpful and fast. Was able to resolve what I needed and took me as soon as I walked in for appointment. Friendly too!
