I have nothing but positive things to say about the store presentation, customer service, and selection at this Bohme. The new location is beautiful, well lit, and extremely inviting. I was greeted immediately and was able to find a pair of pants that fit well in addition to a few tops. The workers were extremely attentive in helping me find the right sizes and gave great suggestions. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to all of my friends and family.
I had a excellent experience with the customer service in this store!!! I had messaged on Instagram to see if they had an item in stock and was responded to so quickly by Kadee, she answered all of my questions about an out of stock jacket and out another one on hold for me. Upon going into the store she had someone not return for the original jacket I wanted and had left it on hold for me to see if I wanted to purchase it! I love the new corduroy boyfriend jacket and was so amazed by the great customer service!!
Very great place not overbearing at all for my wife buying a dress.
Charming shop! Associates are knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. Clothing and accessories are on-trend and decidedly feminine. Even the faux suede booties are comfy!
