Trattoria Procaccini

Ordered vodka chicken pizza with extra cheese. Have had pizza in past with such small amount of cheese that I’ll pay the $6 for extra cheese.nThey refunded the cost for extra cheese and refused. The pizza ended up hardly having cheese even worse then expected. There were slices where half the slice didn’t even have sauce they went cheap on that as well. If your going to go to this restaurant it’s better then this but delivery seams to be a huge mistake. I took pictures for review.

I ordered through DoorDash, when the driver arrived within the time frame that was given by the restaurant the food was stone cold and mediocre at best. I am staying at a hotel so it really would of been nice to have received some cutlery and maybe a napkin or two. I probably would of let it slide but it was the attitude of whoever answered the phone when I called to inform them of my displeasure. Please be forewarned that Trattoria Procaccini does not find it necessary to supply you with cutlery or napkins. And seriously you can find better Italian food I am sure. The salad was the only decent thing and it was ridiculously small, the eggplant appetizer was pitiful and the gnocchi certainly was not made in house. Steer clear!

As far as I can tell, the best and most correctly priced authentic Italian around.

We had a terrific dining experience as the staff were unbelievably kind, friendly and hospitable. They had an excellent rapport with each other and brought a lot of joy to their workplace. The food of course was also remarkable. We were cycle touring through town when we stopped off and they offered to top up our water bottles, charge our devices and gave us great advice on nearby accommodation and sights, as well as taking a genuine interest in our journey. They certainly went above and beyond to provide top notch service and can’t recommend them enough.

Best restaurant in Princeton! And prices/service/food are always great
