I am very pleased with my experience at Lululemon. I am a high school tennis coach and although ordering uniforms for an entire team can be stressful, especially because Lululemon apparel goes in and out of stock so quickly, the sales team made the process so much easier. My team is so happy with the uniforms. The customer support staff will go to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied with your product and that the process is as stress-free as it can possibly be. Again, my only critique is that team ordering can be difficult, because availability of certain items is very hit-and-miss in such large quantities. I am giving 5 stars for this particular location and their staff, not necessarily because I believe Lululemon as a company makes the process of ordering team uniforms easy.

Love this location and the selection. The men's coats from here are the only way to go and the leggings are incredible. Service is meh... you can tell when companies pay their employees minimum wage.

I’ve shopped at the Farmington location many times. I’m not sure if they have new people there, but today was one of the best experiences I HAVE EVER HAD! Every employee was so helpful and personable. Don’t get me wrong, I have dealt with a couple girls that seem to just be there for a paycheck and have no customer service skills, but today for some reason.. they were on their A game.!! 9-23-20

Love Lululemon and the quality of their clothing. However I do not recommend shopping at this location. Today (09/03/20) My family and I went into this Lululemon store about an hour before closing. We were not greeted at all and the two girls at the counter did not even glance up from their personal conversation during our whole time there to ask if we needed any help. I mean out of the four people that were working the closing shift only one even spoke up eventually to greet us. The amount of disrespect, lack of professionalism, and snottiness that I've encountered when shopping here when I occasionally visit is astounding. I recommend shopping online or at any other Lululemon besides this one.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Horrible customer service. Brought product in for a return/exchange...all with original tags, bag and receipt. Planned to exchange for new product for a birthday gift for my out of state son. At register the agent was very swift and direct to say that I couldnt exchange product due to date on my receipt. It was March 10th just before COVID19 shut everything down. Agent was swift to explain that I had 30 days from time store reopened to return. Who is supposed to know this? BTW....they just reopened not too long ago and lines have been out the door with store not allowing customers to come in due to # restrictions. Who has wanted to deal with this? Every other retailer has extended return policies and supported customers much better. Lulu Farmington has lowered and reduced their customer service support and experience.
