The workers are very nice (Im so so sorry I was bothered). I went with my two kids to buy clothes (obvi) but I couldnt try anything on, because the fitting room door was too small for my average stroller. The worker persuaded me to buy over a hundred dollars worth of stuff. Without being able trying them on, I asked her questions about them, come to find out her answers didnt match up to what they actually were like (she insisted one was NOT see through, but it 100% was) My husband tries to return them without a receipt (our mistake) and they assure us that we can exchange. He calls to make sure after he leaves and they say the same. So I go back to exchange these clothes that didnt match their descriptions and they say I cant without a receipt and to try to sell them on poshmark. LOL. So if anyone wants some clothes, let me know ♡ I couldnt see a contact me on their website, so here I am. Im just going to suggest maybe having a system like everywhere else where they can trace your card and see your receipt on the computer.

I have mixed feelings about this shop. The product is always a hit or miss. I have come in before and LOVE what they're carrying, and other days the product is not cute. All of their product seems to have crazy patterns/designs on them so it makes it hard to find any solid piece of clothing here. If they had more neutral dresses & tops, I would definitely spend more time here. I've also noticed that all of the sizes fit differently by each brand they sell, making it hard find out what size you really need. So, make sure you try everything on before you buy! Other than that, the staff here is super helpful & greeted me as soon as I walked in. They also sell Volcano candles here, they smell SO amazing!

Hope Ave has the cutest clothes that are not only super cute, and on trend, but also awesome quality that last forever!! They have the best shoes, and are always my go to store when I'm in need of something for a specific occasion. Their workers are so kind, and quick to help assist me, as well as suggest items that I wouldn't necessarily pick up myself (which usually end up being my favorites), and help me to find exactly what I went in looking for!

I love this store! I always get compliments on my clothing from here! The staff is fabulous and helpful and I always leave feeling good about my purchases :)
