Ok I always buy Carhart for my work pants, shirts, hoodies , and jackets yeah lots of money, but I like the best. Unfortunately lately or my last purchase did not go well my t shirts shrunk , they don’t fit had to give them to my dad , and only after 3 maybe 4 washes. My double work pants that I loved, also shrunk , a whole size , only this with 6-7 washes. I am not one to complain just wanted to share what happened I don’t know why, it is the same soap. I hope it doesn’t happen again because you guys are still my favorite thanks Ramon
Extremely friendly associates! Truly great customer service. 3 stars for spiders crawling on clothing racks and hoodies and 2 items I pulled from the rack in women's had dried food or something smeared on the shoulder and sleeves. The latter seemed like it was a return that someone had got food on and restocked without paying attention? Pretty gross turn off- do much so it deterred me from purchasing anything for myself in women's section.
I like this store. But it doesn't carry everything you think it would. Reams and Cal-Ranch have more of a selection.
Very cool gear, but pricey. Still I bought a jacket 🤣
The staff is rude and unhelpful. When asked for help on finding the right accessory or item they refer you to the website. If I wanted to shop online or could wait for shipping times I wouldn’t have gone to the store in the first place! I would recommend going to cal ranch or other stores nearby that sell carhartt items. Save your time and patience and do not shop here!
