Service was horrid, walked in and got a “hi” from the two staff that were there then they promptly went back to staring at their phones. Very disappointing
I was VERY disappointed in the customer service. Their employee Caylyn P. was extremely rude while I was shopping and then proceeded to look me up on social media and comment nasty things on my photos IMMEDIATELY after I left the store. What normal human being would do this? Did she look me up with the information from my transaction? This disgusts me....I don’t even know her? I’m from LOGAN! Maybe she was having a bad day but please train your employees to not take it out on your customers. So unprofessional.
Without fail the service is always so great! They always have a ton of sales going on and the quality of the clothes is very good. I've washed and worn my clothes many times and they are still in good shape. Highly recommend for an enjoyable shopping experience and for good quality of clothes.
My wife shops here almost weekly and the staff are always friendly and attentive.
