Doing the best they can with the restrictions right now. Everyone was very polite and informative. Took a little while to check out because 4 out of 5 people were organizing hangers instead of getting customers checked out quickly. Associate working the door was great though and made it clear of the best way to get what you needed while in the store.

Everyone has their own personal opinion on how Nike should handle this Covid Pandemic, but I believe they are doing things as best as they possibly can. They've been friendly and up front about policies and procedures. It's not right for others to tell them how to run one of the best brands available.
Very helpful
Pretty good selection of gear, but not the biggest Factory Store. Really good prices on quality shoes that are only a year or two old since released. Calee was very helpful, assisting one of us with finding some clothes and recommendations. Some of the other employees at the register were inattentive and the person handling the line outside was loud and giving too many directions/unnecessary information. It was not a relaxing wait with him yelling in our ears.
