Amazing place to work out! The classes are great, I can't get enough! I would recommend Empower Fitness to people whom want to start working out and to people who are fitness fanatics! People are great and so is the owner!!

When I was finished being a baby maker, I felt weak and shocked at what had become of me physically. I needed to start from scratch and even though I had continued to run on the treadmill and had always been a gym goer, this was a new body. I started with Barre and within months felt strong again. Since then I have added Tabata, fit, core and total body. I love every class, every instructor and how it’s never the same class. The music changes, the routine changes, the amazing people change but the environment always stays the same, warm friendly, positive, motivating and BUTT SHAPING.

Love working out here! Great classes, very knowledgeable instructors and super friendly clientele. Actually look forward to working out.
