Novak Motors NJ is the only dealership I will ever do business with forevermore. Joel and Gaylord made the entire process quick and enjoyable! Yes, enjoyable! Shouldn’t buying a new car be just that? There was no pressure at all and I actually felt at ease while I was there. I wasn’t nervous and I didn’t have that feeling of a ball in the pit of my stomach that I’ve felt previously at other dealers. On top of that, the finance manager Mike got me a better rate than my own CREDIT UNION! I will be taking my entire family to Novak Motors ONLY from now on. Buying a car doesn’t have to be torturous anymore, and that makes me so happy! Thank you Joel, Gaylord and Mike!

He explained every step o the way thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to purchase my dream car. Rick from finance was also extremely nice and helpful. We live in Georgia, our daughter lives in Pennsylvania. We purchased a Jeep Wrangler for our daughter, from Joe at Novak...all done remotely with our daughter test driving the vehicle and trading in our car that she was currently driving. The transaction was so easy! Joe, and everyone we spoke with at Novak, was awesome to deal with!!! We wouldn't hesitate to do another remote purchase again with this dealership!

My first time for maintenance work at Novak Motors was excellent! I don't trust my Mustang Mach 1 to just anybody, but they came highly recommended from Tom over at Hunterdon Tire and Auto. My car was handled carefully and professionally. Stellar vehicle repair and maintenance facility. My rating is a full 5 Stars.
