Truth be told, I spent much more than I thought I'd have to, BUT I felt very comfortable that the team here was giving me accurate feedback. Their diagnostics (with photos and video), along with thorough explanations, were transparent and informative. Their responsiveness, I honestly have never experienced with any other repair shop.nnThese guys manage a repair shop using today's technologies, not technologies from 30 years ago. And they have the 5 star customer experience that our parents used to talk about back in the day. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful. Of course, solid work.nnI originally had a raised eyebrow when I saw/read all of the 5 star reviews, but believe it. These guys are the real deal, and hope they stay that way. They will definitely be my go-to from now on.

I have used Russ’s a few times now and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Two of the occasions, including the most recent, have been larger issues that occurred suddenly and without warning. Much to my surprise I had my car back within a couple days, both times, perfectly repaired. This company is very transparent with what your car needs vs what can wait plus what the services cost. They will even email you a breakdown list of the needed services with prices attached. Overall I love that a small private shop like this can provide such outstanding service for such great prices!

WOW!!! These guys are amazing! Seriously I have NEVER had such a positive experience with a mechanic before!nThey got my baby (yes I love my car A LOT) in right away! A couple of hours later I got this amazingly thorough “health” report of my car. I’ve never seen anything like it. They checked everything from the battery life to the level of antifreeze coolant. It also provided pictures of all of these parts, coolant, etc.nI was also pleasantly surprised to see my bill as well! Much less then I was expecting! No nickel and diming! I trust them with my baby 100%!nI am thrilled to have found such a nice and honest repair shop!nThank you!!

Russ's Wrench Auto Repair is Amazing! I consider myself very lucky to have this garage in my home town of Clinton. They have serviced my vehicles for the past few years, making every experience an absolute pleasure. They do excellent work, are extremely professional and I trust them completely. I highly recommend them to all!

I took my Ford Explorer to Russ because there was a strange thing happening when I put the car in reverse. Strange was the best I could say about it since I’m not very knowledgeable about cars. They set me up with an appointment quickly, gave me a loaner car and gave me a full report the same day. The most amazing part was they told me that the issue may be under warranty with Ford dealership we used since we were below 100k miles. That honesty was tremendously appreciated and saved me $3,000. That’s right $3,000!!! The repair WAS covered and cost me $100 deductible instead instead of $3,400 which was what Ford would’ve charged me. Btw Russ’s quote was $3,100 which was even lower than Ford. Thank you thank you thank you for your professionalism, advice and honesty!
