I just want to say I’ve come into Tully’s plenty of times in the past and I can genuinely say that it’s some of the best shopping experiences I have ever gotten. I went in with my little sister who is 13 and in her awkward shy face and Kasey (one of the managers btw) really got her out her shelf and interacted with her when it came to picking back to school outfits. I’ve worked retail myself and it’s not and easy job when consistently busy during back to school season. Kasey had such a good and fun attitude! I was highly impressed and WORTH the drive (we live in Logan) and I look forward to my next shopping experience there!

Love this store and staff! I have shopped here for many years and always receive help from the staff! They always have amazing attitudes! I really appreciate the customer service I receive every time. Will continue to shop here!!!!!

Service was a bit slow. Other than that it was a great store. Lots of great clothes. Prices a little on the higher side.

I was in the store briefly this last weekend on my way out of town and the customer service was not that of the one in West Jordan. I was greeted by a girl with her head down folding shirts who sounded less than enthusiastic about the people walking in. I was looking for a specific item and the girl who was “helping” me didn’t seem to care that they were out of the size I needed or to even try and help me order it. I drove 30 minutes out of my way back to West Jordan to get the item and helpful customer service I was looking for.

Teenagers run this store. Expected. But they act as if they don’t care about customers. I’m the parent. The one with the money. Please assist me in finding sizes and don’t act put out that I would like to purchase them. Attitude in a work place usually mirrors that of managers. So my guess is that these kids aren’t managed well or respectfully so it smears all over everything in this store.
